Rebecca Pringle has been certified in Pilates since 1994. For the last 16 years she has been teaching Pilates as an independant contractor in several states and even abroad. She is a California native and recently moved back to the Monterey Bay area.
She is certified in Mat and Apparatus and trained with Rael Isocowitz.

Rebecca was my first pilates instructor. I was in a bad way
physically and Rebecca was sensitive to my needs. She is patient and
kind, I was impressed at her ability to walk me through a session
